About me
I'm a software engineer with six years across backend, cloud, and AI systems. I currently architect and tech-lead enterprise platforms in telecom and financial services, the kind of high-availability systems where millions of users notice when something breaks. Before that I spent three years building AI products end to end, and my current work sits where those two meet: AI systems built with the reliability discipline of production infrastructure.
How I work
Beyond my full-time work, I work with Vatrac Labs, a studio where I lead a team to build AI automation and products for early-stage founders and businesses that need them to hold up under real use, and BuildSelfAgency, a systems and productivity brand for Africans building despite hard conditions. Working on these things keeps my product judgment sharp in a way employment alone can't.
I'm completing a masters in Information Technology (AI) at the University of Lagos, with research focus on Agentic AI for African Economies, and I write regularly about tech.
The work I care about sits at the intersection of backend and distributed systems, AI engineering, cloud infrastructure, and product thinking.
